口腔修复对治疗老年口腔疾病患者的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Oral Restoration in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with Oral Diseases

目的:评价老年口腔疾病患者行口腔修复治疗的临床价值。方法:选择2018年7月~2019年7月本院接诊的70例老年口腔疾病患者,使用抽签法将患者平均分为对照组与观察组,35例/组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用口腔修复治疗,比较两组老年口腔疾病患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率97.14%高于对照组74.29%,观察组满意度评分(92.39±3.29)分高于对照组(82.10±2.19)分,P<0.05。结论:老年口腔疾病患者行口腔修复治疗效果确切,可以更好地改善患者的满意度评分。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of oral prosthetic treatment in elderly patients with oral diseases.Method:Select 70 elderly patients with oral diseases admitted in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019,and use lottery method to divide the patients into the control group and the observation group,35 cases/group,the control group adopts conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with oral prosthetic treatment,and the treatment effects of the two groups of elderly patients with oral diseases were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%higher than that in the control group 74.29%.The satisfaction score of the observation group(92.39±3.29)was higher than that of the control group(82.10±2.19),P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of oral prosthetic treatment in elderly patients with oral diseases is definite,which can better improve the satisfaction score of patients.
