鼻咽通气管在不能自主排痰患者中的临床应用效果

The Clinical Effect of Nasopharynx Ventilation Tube in Patients Who Can’t Discharge Phlegm Autonomously

目的:研究在不能自主排痰患者中采用鼻咽通气管改善呼吸道通气的临床效果。方法:选择本院2018年2月~2018年12月收治的不同病种意识障碍的患者40例作为临床研究对象,40例患者均采用鼻咽通气管进行畅通气道干预,研究并分析鼻咽通气管应用的注意事项及应用期间的临床干预及效果。结果:40例患者应用鼻咽通气管后,患者的缺氧症状、喉头痰鸣音、呼吸、血氧饱和度及血压、心率等方面均改善明显。结论:鼻咽通气管具有刺激小,便于置入等特点,鼻咽通气管不但能减少口腔及气道黏膜损伤,还能改善舌后坠所致患者的呼吸道梗阻,对临床有效吸痰成效显著。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of using nasopharynx ventilation tube to improve respiratory tract ventilation in patients who can’t discharge phlegm autonomously.Methods:40 patients with consciousness disorder of different diseases admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the clinical research objects,and 40 patients were treated with nasopharynx ventilation tube for unblocked airway intervention,and the precautions for application of nasopharynx ventilation tube and the clinical intervention and effect during application were studied and analyzed.Results:After the application of nasopharynx ventilation tube,the symptoms of anoxia,throat phlegm,breath,blood oxygen saturation,blood pressure and heart rate of 40 patients were improved significantly.Conclusion:The nasopharynx ventilation tube has the characteristics of small stimulation and easy placement.The nasopharynx ventilation tube can not only reduce the oral and airway mucosa damage,but also improve the respiratory tract obstruction caused by the fall of the tongue,which has a significant clinical effect on effective sputum suction.
