持续缓慢低效、间断性血液透析对心肾综合征的治疗效果观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Continuous Slow,Low-efficiency,Intermittent Hemodialysis on Cardiorenal Syndrome

目的:分析在心肾综合征患者治疗中采用持续缓慢低效血液透析或间断性血液透析治疗的临床价值。方法:随机抽取2017年4月~2019年5月本院76例心肾综合征病例,并以其血液透析方法为标准分组,观察组采用持续缓慢低效血液透析治疗,同期对照组采用间断性血液透析治疗。对比两组炎性指标、肾功能及心功能的改善情况。结果:两组入组时HR、BUN、SCr指标比较,P>0.05;治疗后两组均较治疗前下降,P<0.05;且治疗后观察组的HR、BUN、SCr均低于对照组,且P<0.05;观察组心功能恢复总有效率92.11%,对照组78.94%,且P<0.05;观察组的肾功能恢复情况优于照组,且P<0.05。结论:在心肾综合征患者治疗中采用持续缓慢低效血液透析治疗的效果优于间断性血液透析,前者可更有利于改善患者心功能和肾功能,并更好地降低机体炎性反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical value of continuous,slow and inefficient hemodialysis or intermittent hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with cardiorenal syndrome.Methods:76 patients with cardiorenal syndrome from April 2017 to May 2019 in our hospital were randomly selected,and their hemodialysis methods were used as the standard group.The observation group was treated with continuous slow and inefficient hemodialysis,while the control group was treated with intermittent hemodialysis.The improvement of inflammatory index,renal function and cardiac function in the two groups were compared.Results:Comparison of HR,BUN and SCr indexes between the two groups at entry,P>0.05;after treatment,both groups were lower than before treatment,P<0.05;and after treatment,the HR,BUN,and SCr of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and P<0.05;the total effective rate of cardiac function recovery in the observation group was 92.11%,78.94%in the control group,and P<0.05;the recovery of renal function in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and P<0.05.Conclusion:Continuous slow and low efficiency hemodialysis is better than intermittent hemodialysis in the treatment of patients with cardiorenal syndrome.
