新时代高职院校劳动教育体系的探索与实践——以天津轻工职业技术学院为例

Exploration and Practice on Labor Education System in Higher Vocational Education Universities and Colleges in New Era

劳动教育与高职教育紧密相连。广泛开展劳动教育既是高职院校响应党中央对劳动教育新要求的重要举措,也是培育高素质技术技能型人才的必要途径。作为“双高”校建设院校之一,天津轻工职业技术学院积极探索尝试践行劳动教育的有效道路。抓顶层设计,成立教研团队;抓制度优化,将劳动教育纳入教育教学的相关制度之中;抓课程建设,构建劳动教育必修课,“劳动+N”课程及“劳动+N”活动的三位一体的劳动课程模式;抓保障完备,动员多方力量,给劳动教育课程的实施提供必要保障。

There is close link between labor education and higher vocational education.To carry out extensively labor education is an important measure responding to the new requirement of Party Central Committee on labor education and is inevitable path to cultivate high quality,technical and skilled talents.As one of the Double High colleges,i.e.Plan of Constructing high level higher vocational colleges and Specialties with Chinese Characters,theeffective way of exploration of practicing labor education has been carried out proactively in Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College.It includes focusing on top-level design,establishing teaching and researching team,paying effort on optimized system,putting labor education into therelevant mechanism.It also includes setting up the integrated mode of labor education courses which composed of compulsory courses of labor education,"Labor+N"courses and"Labor+N"activities.The above measure provided necessary assurance to the implementation of labor education courses by means of complete assuring system and mobilization of multiple forces.
