民族地区智慧城市建设及路径探析——以青海省玉树市为例

On the Construction and Path of Smart City in Ethnic Areas——Take Yushu City of Qinghai Province as an Example

在我国智慧城市建设的热潮下,民族地区在城市建设上也应抓住机遇,利用好大数据、信息化平台等现代技术,促进自身的建设和发展。青海省玉树市在经历地震之后,抓住机遇,成为西北民族地区较早一批提出"建设智慧城市"口号的城市。在智慧城市建设的过程中,需要不断地克服原有的发展窘境和动力不足等问题,从转变经济模式、强化配套设施、提升市民素质、发挥区域优势上下功夫,从而实现用科技为民众服务。

Under the upsurge of smart city construction in China,ethnic regions should seize the opportunity in urban construction and make good use of big data,information platform and other modern technologies to promote their own construction and development.After the earthquake,Yushu city of Qinghai Province seized the opportunity to become one of the earliest cities that put forward the slogan of“building a smart city”in northwest minority areas.In the process of smart city construction,we need to constantly overcome the original development dilemma and lack of power and other factors,and work hard from changing the economic model,strengthening supporting facilities,improving the quality of citizens,and giving play to regional advantages,so as to realize the service of science and technology for the people.
