信息化促进基础教育高位公平:是什么让这些项目成功——基于多案例的研究与发现 被引量:7

Research on Informatization to Promote High-Level Equity in Basic Education:What Makes These Projects Successful——A Study Based on Multiple Cases

摘要 随着基础教育领域中信息化的不断深化发展,教育公平逐渐从均衡、优质走向更高层次的个性发展,亦即该研究所定义的高位公平。当前大部分的教育公平项目还处于均衡和优质层面,而成功的、指向高位公平的项目并不多见,其具体实践策略与成功要素也尚属黑箱。为此,该文基于全面质量管理理论和最佳实践萃取法,通过对三个成功案例的分析,从“人机料法环”五个维度归纳提炼出项目的核心要素。研究团队共访谈三个特色项目中的19名参与人员,转录文本使用NVivo11工具编码。研究发现,成功的高位公平项目具有使命驱动、领袖教师、极简技术、示范先行、敏捷迭代、明确聚焦、降维支持七个核心要素。其中,使命驱动、领袖教师两个要素具有较强的不可复制性。基于上述研究发现,该文为我国基础教育领域中进一步推广高位公平提供建议并作出展望。 With the development of information technology in basic education,education equity is gradually moving from balance and quality to individual development,that is,high equity as defined in this study.At present,most projects of education equity are still at the level of balance and quality,while a few successful projects are aimed at high equity,and their practical strategies and success factors are still black boxes.Therefore,based on the theory of total quality management and the method of best practice extraction,this paper extracts the core elements of the project from Total Quality Management through the analysis of three successful cases.The research group interviewed 19 participants and encode the transcripts with Nvivo11.It is found that successful high level equity projects have seven core elements:mission-driven,leader-teacher,minimalist technology,demonstration first,agile iteration,clear focus,and dimensionality reduction support.Mission-driven and leader-teacher cannot be duplicated.Based on the research findings,our research provides a reference for further promoting high-level equity in basic education in China.
