摘要
提出了利用ZB200型装配式钢桥保障某特殊重载车辆通行的方案,研究了长度48 m、克服障碍跨径45 m,承载总重120000 kg,轮式载轴压15000 kg,车行道宽度4.2 m的上承式桥梁。提出了两种主桁布置方案并进行了优选。该保障方案技术可行、施工简单,为某特殊重载的通行保障提供了一种可行的解决方案。
This paper puts forward the scheme of using ZB200 type assembled steel bridge to ensure the traffic problem of a special heavy-duty vehicle.And it studies the upper deck bridge whose roadway width is 4.2 meters,bearing total weight of 120 tons and axial wheeled load pressure of 15 tons.The length of the bridge is 48 meters,overcoming obstacles to a span of 45 meters.It proposes two layout schemes of main truss and optimizes them.On this basis,the related designs of bridge deck system,connection system and accessory structures are carried out.The scheme is technically feasible and its construction is simple,which provides a realizable solution for the guarantee for a special heavy-load traffic.
