摘要
首先介绍了超疏水材料,考虑到水汽对天线罩电性能影响较大,将该材料与天线罩相结合进行研究测试。以某型吊舱雷达罩为例,将其涂敷到雷达罩表面,进行了相关电性能测试。结果表明,涂敷超疏水材料后天线罩在有水汽的情况下透波率几乎没有下降,未经涂敷的情况下雷达罩透波率明显下降,验证了该种材料能够有效降低水汽对天线罩电性能的影响,为超疏水材料在天线罩上的应用提供了借鉴。
This paper first introduces the super-hydrophobic material.Considering that water film has a great influence on the electrical property of the radome,this material is innovatively combined with the radome for research and test.Taking a certain type of pod radome as an example,the relevant electrical properties were tested and analyzed by coating it on the radome surface.Results show that the wave transmittance of the radome has almost no drop in the presence of water film after coating the super-hydrophobic material,but the wave transmittance of the radome is significantly reduced without coating,thus verifying the material performance.It can effectively reduce the influence of water film on the electrical property of the radome,and provides a reference for the application of super-hydrophobic materials on the radome.
