风湿免疫科护士对结缔组织病相关皮肤溃疡知识掌握现状调查

Knowledgement of nurses in rheumatology department on connective tissue disease-associated skin ulcers

目的调查风湿免疫科护士对结缔组织病皮肤溃疡知识的掌握现状,并分析其影响因素。方法横断面研究设计,采用自设问卷对全国18个省市的1087名风湿免疫科护士进行调查。结果护士皮肤溃疡知识平均得分为(33.83±5.84)分(总分45分);题目的平均正确率为75.18%,88.32%研究对象正确率>60%,护士对皮肤溃疡基础知识、新理论及循证证据等知识掌握不足;工作年限、接受过伤口培训、临床护理过皮肤溃疡是知识得分的影响因素。结论临床护士对结缔组织病相关的皮肤溃疡护理知识掌握有待提高,今后需根据护士的知识水平有针对性地进行规范化培训,以进一步提高伤口护理的质量。

Objective To assess knowledgement of nurse specialists in rheumatology department on connective tissue disease-associated skin ulcers,and to identify the influencing factors.Methods This national cross-sectional survey was conducted among 1087 rheumatology specialist nurses from 18 provinces.Data were collected using a pretested,validated,self-administered questionnaire.Results Mean knowledge score was 33.83±5.84 with 88.32%of nurses obtaining>60%.The study identified deficits in core knowledge such as basic knowledge and updating evidence-based care.Statistically significant associations were seen between nurses'knowledge,years of nursing experience,wound care experience and training.Conclusion Handicaps in the knowledgement may be attributed to inadequate training.Wound care training should be made mandatory to improve quality of care given by nurses to patients with skin ulcers.
