摘要
肥大细胞在过敏反应及过敏性疾病中起着重要的作用,其表面除了表达IgE的高亲和力受体FcεRI外,还表达大量G蛋白耦联受体,其中包括mas相关G蛋白偶联受体X2(MRGPRX2)。研究表明,许多围术期用药,如神经肌肉阻滞剂、氟喹诺酮类、万古霉素及阿片类药物等能通过激活MRGPRX2从而引起肥大细胞通过非IgE依赖途径脱颗粒,并引起假性过敏反应。本文综述MRGPRX2在上述各类药物引起的假性过敏反应中所起的作用,以助于预防围术期过敏反应及进行相应的个体化治疗。
Mast cells play an important role in allergic reactions and allergic diseases.Besides high affinity IgE receptor FcεRI,large amount of G protein coupled receptors are expressed on surface of mast cells,including MAS-related G protein coupled receptor-X2(MRGPRX2).Research results suggested that many perioperative drugs such as neuromuscular blocking agents,fluoroquinolones,vancomycin,and opioids may lead to mast cells degranulation through a non-IgE dependent pathway mediated by MRGPRX2 activation and induce pseudo-allergic reactions.The role of MRGPRX2 in pseudo-allergic reactions induced by these perioperative drugs were summarized in this review,which is helpful for prevention of perioperative allergic reactions and individualized treatment in the future.
