摘要
文章设计了一个极间匹配网络,使驱动级的输出阻抗直接匹配到末级放大器的输入阻抗。这种极间匹配网络提高了30~512 MHz宽带功率放大器的线性输出功率和效率,同时减少了极间匹配元件,简化了匹配网络,缩小了功率放大器的体积。这种极间匹配网络是通过宽带同轴巴伦、电容并含电阻组成的有损网络的匹配网络相结合实现的,应用ADS软件仿真优化了同轴电缆的长度和匹配电容的容值,使设计的极间匹配网络在5个倍频程的频带内获得较优性能。
A interstage match network was designed,to make the drive stage output impedance goes directly to the final stage input impedance.Use this match network,the linear output power level and the drain efficiency of the frequency from 30 MHz to 512 MHz RF bandwidth power amplifier were improved.This simplify match network reduced components and the space.The interstage match network is realized by a broadband coaxial balun,capacitance and with resistance loss network.In order to achieve the optimal performances over more than five bandwidth of the designed networks,this paper use ADS software to simulate the length of coax and the value of the match capacitance.
