摘要 锤片式粉碎机转子在实际粉碎过程中,由于工作环境及工作工况复杂多变,为防止转子在粉碎过程与其他结构发生共振,为了减少转子共振现象的发生。运用三维软件Solidworks对粉碎机转子进行实体建模,以*.x_t通用格式导入ANSYS Workbench并对设计的转子进行模态分析,了解转子结构的固有频率及振型,以方便在实际设计以及应用中避免共振现象的发生,降低粉碎机转子的故障率。模态分析结果显示:粉碎转子的1阶固有频率为225.3Hz,远大于由转子自转产生的工作频率,因此认为粉碎转子结构是安全可靠的。研究结果为我国粉碎机设计与研究提供理论参考依据。 In the actual crushing process of the hammer mill rotor,due to the complex working environment and working conditions,in order to prevent the rotor from resonating with other structures during the crushing process,in order to reduce the occurrence of rotor resonance.Use the 3D software Solidworks to model the pulverizer rotor,import ANSYS Workbench in the*.x_t general format,and perform modal analysis on the designed rotor to understand the natural frequency and vibration mode of the rotor structure to facilitate actual design and application.Avoid the occurrence of resonance phenomenon and reduce the failure rate of the pulverizer rotor.The modal analysis results show that the first-order natural frequency of the crushed rotor is 225.3 Hz,which is much higher than the operating frequency generated by the rotation of the rotor.Therefore,the crushed rotor structure is considered safe and reliable.The research results provide a theoretical reference for the design and research of my country's pulverizers.
