基于petri网的网络互助平台业务流程模型优化

Business Process Optimization of Network Mutual Assistance Platform Based on Petri Net

近年来网络互助计划受到广泛的关注。作为互助平台,其服务流程和服务内容会直接影响用户的使用感受。为了对服务系统进行流程优化,利用petri网针对某一网络互助平台服务流程系统进行建模,通过关联矩阵和状态方程的相关分析表明建立的petri网模型能够正常的运行。经过对实际情况的分析,发现模型中存在可以优化的环节,于是在原模型中增加了相关的控制结构对其进行优化。最后对优化后的模型进行解释说明,并通过仿真实验表明优化后模型的合理性。

Mutual network plan received wide attention in recent years.As a platform of mutual assistance,the service process and content will directly affect the user experience.In order to optimize the service system,using petri net modeling for a mutual platform service process system.Through the analyses of the state equation established that the petri net model works fine.After the analysis in actual situation,found that the model can be optimized in some parts.Therefore,relevant control structures were added to the original model to optimize it.Finally,the optimized model was explained and its rationality was indicated through analysis.
