知识溢出、企业创新与组织协同研发行为 被引量:1

摘要 知识溢出是知识外部性的一种表现,对促进创新和研发具有重要的作用。本文基于郑州、洛阳和开封三个地区56家企业234份问卷的数据,利用多元回归模型检验知识溢出对企业创新和协同研发行为的影响。结果表明:知识溢出对企业创新、组织协同研发均具有正向作用;与园区外企业相比,园区内企业的产品创新更加得益于知识溢出,而知识溢出对于园区内企业的过程创新驱动作用弱于园区外企业;垂直知识溢出(供应商和顾客)对园区内的协同研发行为存在显著影响,水平知识溢出(竞争者和研发机构)对园区外的协同研发行为存在显著影响。由此,建设政府应继续加大园区建设,推动人才流动,灵活实施知识产权战略,从而提高区域创新能力。 Knowledge spillover is a manifestation of knowledge externality and plays an important role in promoting innovation and R&D.Based on the data of 234 questionnaires from 56 enterprises in Zhengzhou,Luoyang and Kaifeng,this paper uses multiple regression model to examine the effect of knowledge spillover on enterprise innovation and collaborative R&D behavior.The results show that knowledge spillover has a positive effect on enterprise innovation and organizational collaborative R&D;compared with the enterprises outside the park,the product innovation of the enterprises inside the park benefits more from knowledge spillover,and the driving effect of knowledge spillover on the process innovation of the enterprises inside the park is weaker than that of the enterprises outside the park;vertical knowledge spillover(suppliers and customers)has a significant impact on collaborative R&D in the park,while horizontal knowledge spillover(competitors and R&D institutions)has a significant impact on collaborative R&D outside the park.Therefore,the government should continue to increase the construction of industrial parks,promote the flow of talents,and flexibly implement the intellectual property strategy,so as to improve the regional innovation capacity.
