摘要
科技型企业股权和分红激励是对核心人才和技术资源的中长期激励和超额利润分享机制,能调动技术、管理人员的积极性和创造性,推动自主创新和科技成果转化。通过分析研究国家政策,收集整理相关单位的改革情况,现场调研三个试点企业的经验,整理总结政策的要点和应用经验,为相关单位推进改革提供借鉴和参考。
Equity and dividend incentive in scientific and technological enterprises are medium and long term incentive and excess profit sharing mechanism for core talents and technical resources,which can mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of technical and management staff,and promote independent innovation and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.By analyzing and studying the national policies,collecting and sorting out the reform situation of relevant units,and investigating the experience of three pilot enterprises on the spot,this paper summarizes key points and application experience of policies,so as to provide reference for relevant units to promote the reform.
