摘要 随着改革的深化、技术的变化,供电设计市场竞争日趋激烈,人力资源已成为供电设计院最核心的战略资源。为应对日益变化的市场环境和客户需求,各企业在人力资源开发与管理上开展了创新实践工作。通过对供电设计院人力资源现状调查,结合行业发展需求,就未来供电设计院人力资源优化配置进行探讨。 With the deepening of reform,changes in technology,design of power supply market competition is increasingly fierce,human resources has become the core of the strategic resources of design institute of power supply.In order to respond to the ever-changing market environment and customer needs,various companies have carried out innovative practices in the development and management of human resources.This article by on power supply design institute survey of human resources,combined with the development needs of industry,power supply design institute conducted a study on optimal allocation of human resources in the future.
