摘要
为了调查在指定地点接受医学隔离观察的新冠肺炎密切接触者的情绪状况,探讨在隔离观察初期实施干预的措施及意义。通过微信线上发放问卷调查表,密切接触者填写焦虑和抑郁自评量表,结果显示所有新冠肺炎密切接触者在接受医学观察初期负性情绪发生率较高。隔离点工作人员通过稳定隔离者情绪,创造舒适的生活环境,做好后勤保障服务,实施有效的心理疏导,鼓励其情绪宣泄,发现并及时调整负性情绪等措施,有效缓解了在指定地点接受医学隔离观察的新冠肺炎密切接触者的负性情绪。
In order to investigate the emotional state of close contacts of COVID-19 isolated from medical observation at designated locations, and explore the intervention measures and significance in the early stage of isolation observation. Questionnaires were distributed on WeChat online, and the close contacts completed the self-rating anxiety and depression scale. The results showed that all the close contacts of COVID-19 had a higher incidence of negative emotions at the beginning of medical observation. The isolation workers could effectively alleviate the negative emotions of the close contacts of COVID-19 under medical quarantine observation in the designated place by stabilizing the emotions of the isolators, creating a comfortable living environment, providing logistics support services, implementing effective psychological counseling, encouraging their emotional cathartic, and detecting and adjusting their negative emotions in time.
