新冠肺炎疫情背景下医学生医德教育的思考与路径 被引量:8

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情考量了医德教育成果,也给未来的医德教育培养改革带来启示。梳理了战“疫”过程中所体现的传统和新时代医德精神,分析了新冠肺炎疫情对当代医德教育的两点启示:科学认识新医疗环境,坚守职业理想;增强医学生对自身价值和社会责任的理解。探讨了学校、医院及教师三维教育主体层面与学生自身层面相结合的医德教育新路径,以期增强医德的持久生命力和医学生医德教育的有效性。 The COVID-19 epidemic situation has tested the medical ethics education,and has also provided enlightenment for the future medical ethics education reform.Combing the traditional and new era medical ethics spirit embodied in the war epidemic,the paper analyzed two points of enlightenment of COVID-19 for contemporary medical ethics education:firstly,understand the new medical environment scientifically,stick to the career ideal;secondly,enhance medical students'understanding of their own value and social responsibility,and explored the new path of medical ethics education which combines the three-dimensional education subject level of schools,hospitals and teachers with students'own level,so as to enhance the lasting vitality of medical ethics and the effectiveness of medical ethics education for medical students.
