转运分级ICU患者安全转运核查表的制定及应用评价

Development and application evaluation of the checklist for safe transport of ICU patients in transport grades

目的制定ICU患者安全转运核查表,并探讨其对患者院内转运的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取安徽省芜湖市某三甲医院2019年5月至2019年10月间的150例ICU患者为研究对象,依据患者入住ICU的时间分为对照组和研究组,每组75例。对照组按照常规流程进行转运;研究组成立多学科研究小组,以院内转运风险分级为基础,编制ICU患者安全转运核查表进行患者转运,比较两组转运不良事件的发生率。结果对照但不良事件总体发生率60%,实验组应用安全转运核查表后,转运过程中不良事件总体发生率为0.7%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=39.94,P<0.05)。结论基于转运分级的ICU患者安全转运核查表,能够指导护理人员对患者进行安全转运,降低院内转运不良事件的发生率,保证患者安全。

Objective To develop a safety transport checklist for critically ill patients in ICU and to explore the effect of its application. Methods he convenience sampling method was used to select 150 ICU patients from a tertiary a hospital in Wuhu City, Anhui Province from May 2019 to October 2019 as the research objects. According to the time the patients were admitted to the ICU, patients were divided into a control group and a study group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was transported under the routine procedures to compare the incidence of adverse transport events between the two groups;the research group established a multidisciplinary research team to compile an ICU patient safe transport checklist for patient transport based on the risk classification of intrahospital transport. Results After the application of the checklist, the overall incidence of adverse events during the transport decreased from 60% to 0.7%. There was a statistically significant difference in the two groups(χ^(2)=39.94, P<0.05). Conclusion The safety transport checklist can guide the nurse to transport patients safely, and reduce the incidence of adverse events related to the intra-hospital transport, and ensure patient safety.
