摘要
家校合作有利于促进学生健康成长,有利于提升学校的教育成效,更利于提高家长的家庭教育水平。目前,家校合作在家庭方面、学校方面都存在问题。因此,一线教育工作者要认真分析家校合作存在的问题,积极探寻有效路径,树立平等的家校合作观,拓宽合作渠道,优化合作形式,转变教育观念,提升合作实效。
Home-school cooperation is conducive to promoting the healthy growth of students,improving the educational effect of the school,and improving the level of family education of parents.At present,there are problems in home-school cooperation.Therefore,the first-line educators should analyze the problems of home-school cooperation seriously,actively explore effective ways,establish equal views on home-school cooperation,broaden cooperation channels,optimize cooperation forms,change educational concepts and improve cooperation effectiveness.
