博物馆机电设备管理现状分析及对策研究

机电设备的安全可靠运行是博物馆各项主营业务稳定持续开展的基础。然而,国内博物馆机电设备的维护管理水平参差不齐,存在管理难度增大、规范标准缺乏、人员老龄化趋势严重、管理手段传统、信息化建设不完善等问题。本文通过对国内部分博物馆的机电设备管理现状进行调研分析,探索适应新时代博物馆发展需求的机电设备管理方法,提出制定标准化管理流程与规范、培养复合型机电设备管理人才、深入推进设备管理信息化建设等策略。

Safe operation of electromechanical equipment plays a vital role in the sustainable development of the main business of museum. However, the maintenance and management level of electromechanical equipment in domestic museums is uneven, and there are problems such as cropping up difficulty of management, lack of norms and standards, serious aging trend of personnel, backward management methods, and inadequate information construction. Through the investigation and analysis of current situation of electromechanical equipment management in some domestic museums, this paper explores the management methods to meet the development needs of museums at present, and puts forward some strategies, such as formulating standardized management procedures and norms, cultivating compound electrome chanical equipment management talents, and promoting the construction of equipment management information.
