摘要
介绍了耐高温辐射涂料在12.0Mt/a常减压蒸镭装置减压炉上的节能应用情况,采用该涂料提高了炉膛辐射系数,炉膛外壁温度降低,加热炉热效率提高0.95%,节约燃料消耗量约650.7吨/年,节能效果显著,而且炉膛温度降低,利于加热炉安全运行,为装置达到满负荷生产创造条件。
The energy saving application of thermostability radiation resistant coating in the vacuum furnace of 12.0Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum dis til lation unit is introduced.By using this coating,the radiation coefficient of the furnace is increased,the temperature of the outer wall of the furnace is reduced,the thermal efficiency of the furnace is increased by 0.95%,the fuel consumption is saved about 650.7 t/a,the energy saving effect is remarkable.And the furnace temperature is reduced,which is conducive to the safe operation of the furnace and creates conditions for the device to achieve full load production.
