ERAS在单孔法小儿疝囊高位结扎术围手术期护理中的应用

Application of ERAS in Perioperative Nursing Care of Children Undergoing High Ligation of Hernia Sac by Single Hole Method

目的探讨ERAS在单孔法小儿疝囊高位结扎术围手术期护理中的临床应用价值。方法选择2017年3月至2018年3月行择期单孔法小儿疝囊高位结扎的120例患儿随机分为ERAS组(60例)和对照组(60例)进行分析对比。对照组患者采用传统的围手术期护理方法进行护理,ERAS组采用快速康复外科理念的护理方法进行干预。比较两组患儿术后麻醉苏醒的时间、切口疼痛程度、肛门排气的时间、术后并发症、住院时间、出院后满意度等,通过对比两组之间的差异来评价ERAS护理的价值。结果ERAS组患儿术后麻醉苏醒时间平均值、切口疼痛评分平均值、术后排气时间平均值均低于对照组,术后并发症发生率降低,住院时间均减少,且患儿家属对护理服务的满意度也优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在单孔法小儿疝囊高位结扎术围手术期中采用ERAS理念可以加速患儿康复,缩短住院时间,减轻患儿疼痛,减少并发症,提高患儿家属满意度及患儿的舒适度。

Objective To observe the clinical value of ERAS in perioperative nursing care of children undergoing high ligation of hernia sac by single hole method.Methods 120 pediatric patients who underwent high ligation of hernia sac by single hole method between March 2017 and March 2018 was randomly divided into ERAS group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with traditional perioper⁃ative nursing,while ERAS group was treated with the nursing method of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept.Factors such as postoperative anesthesia recovery time,incision pain degree,anal exhaust time,postoperative com⁃plications,hospital stay and post discharge satisfaction were compared between the two groups to evaluate the val⁃ue of ERAS nursing.Results Mean postoperative recovery time,average pain score and postoperative exhaust time mean value,postoperative complications,and the hospital stay were significantly lower in ERAS group than that in control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the patients are more satisfied with nursing service.Conclusion The concept of ERAS in perioperative nursing care of children undergoing high ligation of hernia sac by single hole method could promote the recovery,reduce the hospital stay,relieve pain,reduce complications,improve satisfaction and degree of patients’comfort.
