中草药复方制剂对新疆巴音布鲁克羊生长性能和养分消化的影响

Effects of the Chinese herbal medicine Yiying on growth performanceand nutrient digestion of Xinjiang Bayinbuluk sheep

为研究不同水平的中草药复方制剂对巴音布鲁克羊生产性能的影响,试验选择健康巴音布鲁克4月龄断奶羔羊80只,公母各半,初始体重相近,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复4只,5组分别饲喂添加中草药复方制剂0%、1.0%、2.0%、3.0%和4.0%的日粮。通过饲养试验测定增重及饲料转化率,通过消化试验测定养分代谢率,通过屠宰试验测定屠宰率、净肉率、肉骨比等。结果表明:巴音布鲁克羊日增重均比对照组高,添加中草药复方制剂3.0%组与对照组相比提高了17.81%(P<0.05);干物质料重比与精料料重比均比对照组低,添加中草药复方制剂3.0%组与对照组相比降低了0.66%(P<0.05)和27.01%(P<0.05);粗蛋白质、酸性洗涤纤维、干物质等养分消化率均比对照组高,添加中草药复方制剂3.0%组与对照组相比提高了13.67%(P<0.05)、6.63%(P<0.05)和6.20%(P<0.05);胴体重、屠宰率、净肉重、净肉率、肉骨比均比对照组高,添加中草药复方制剂3.0%组与对照组相比提高了10.08%(P<0.05)、5.62%(P<0.05)、9.47%(P<0.05)、5.07%(P<0.05)和8.45%(P<0.05);骨重无明显差异。综上,中草药复方制剂能提高巴音布鲁克羊的增重速度、饲料转化率、营养物质消化率及屠宰性能,并且本试验条件下,添加3.0%中草药组效果最好。

This experiment was conducted to observe the effects of different levels of Chinese herbal medicine n the production performance of Bayanbulak sheep.Eighty healthy Bayanbulak 4-month-old weaned lambs,half male and half female,with similar initial body weight,were randomly divided into 5 groups with 4 replicates per group and 4 lambs per replicate.The diets of the five groups were supplemented with 0%,1.0%,2.0%,3.0%and 4.0%of Chinese herbal medicine respectively.The weight gain and feed conversion rate were determined by feeding test,and the slaughter rate,net meat rate and flesh-to-bone ratio were determined by slaughter test.The results showed that the daily gain of Bayinbuluke sheep was higher than those of the control group,Chinese herbal medicine 3.0%group increased by 17.81%(P<0.05);while the dry matter feed weight ratio and concentrate feed weight ratio were lower than those of the control group,Chinese herbal medicine 3.0%group decreased by 0.66%(P<0.05)and 27.01%(P<0.05)respectively;The digestibility of CP,ADF and DM were higher than those of the control group,Chinese herbal medicine 3.0%group increased by 13.67%(P<0.05),6.63%(P<0.05)and 6.20%(P<0.05)respectively;The carcass weight,slaughter rate,net meat weight,net meat rate and the meat-bone ratio were higher than those of the control group,Chinese herbal medicine 3.0%group increased by 10.08%(P<0.05),5.62%(P<0.05),9.47%(P<0.05),5.07%(P<0.05)and 8.45%(P<0.05)respectively.And there was no significant difference in bone weight.In conclusion that Chinese herbal medicine could improve the weight gain rate,feed conversion rate and slaughter performance of Bayanbulak sheep,and in this experimental conditions,adding 3%Chinese herbal medicine had the best effect.
