绥满高速公路路面改扩建工程水泥混凝土配合比设计 被引量:2

摘要 依托国道绥满“亚布力至尚志段”高速公路改扩建工程水泥混凝土路面,基于滑模摊铺施工工艺进行路面水泥混凝土的配合比设计。根据设计目的和配合比设计要求,采用正交法确定试验室配合比,进而通过搅拌楼进行实际拌和检验,综合考虑经济性、耐久性等要求,确认水泥用量360 kg/m 3、引气减水剂用量0.8%、水灰比0.40、砂率36%的水泥混凝土配合比能够满足设计及使用要求,并推荐该配合比为最佳配合比。 It is a design of mix proportion which is relying on the cement concrete pavement of the reconstruction and expansion project of Yabuli-Shangzhi section of Suiman Expressway and based on slip-form paving construction technology.According to the design purpose and mixture ratio design requirements,orthogonal method is used to determine the laboratory mixture ratio.After that,the actual mixing inspection is carried out through the mixing building.Considering the requirements of economy and durability,it is ac KNowledged that the cement concrete mixture ratio with cement dosage of 360 kg/m 3,air-entraining water reducing agent dosage of 0.8%,water-cement ratio of 0.40and sand ratio of 36%can meet the design and application requirements.And it is suggested that this mix ratio is the best mix proportion.
