摘要 目的分析髓样细胞触发受体1(TREM1)基因在胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)及正常对照组织中的表达状况,探讨TREM1基因对GBM患者预后的影响,并进一步探讨TREM1基因可能的潜在作用机制。方法运用Oncomine数据库分析TREM1基因在GBM组织与正常对照组织中的差异性表达,应用GEPIA数据库检索人类常见肿瘤和相应正常对照组织中TREM1基因的表达,利用GEPIA数据库分析TREM1基因表达对GBM患者生存时间的影响,并通过String数据库对TREM1的蛋白质相互作用网络进行分析。结果Oncomine以及GEPIA数据库分析显示,GBM组织中TREM1基因在mRNA水平上较正常对照组高表达(P<0.05)。GEPIA数据库分析显示,GBM患者中TREM1的基因高表达与总生存率呈负相关(HR=1.5,P=0.032)。String数据库分析显示,与TREM1相关的蛋白有TYROBP、TREM2、TREML2、TREML1、FPR1、TLR4和TLR2。结论TREM1在GBM组织中高表达,且关系到患者的预后,可作为诊断与治疗GBM的潜在靶点。 Objective To analyze the expression of myeloid cell trigger receptor 1(TREM1)gene in glioblastoma(GBM)and normal control tissues,to explore the effect of TREM1 gene on the prognosis of GBM patients,and to further explore the possible potential role of TREM1 gene mechanism.Methods The Oncomine database was used to analyze the differential expression of TREM1 gene in GBM tissues and normal control tissues,and the GEPIA database was used to retrieve the expression of TREM1 gene in common human tumors and corresponding normal control tissues.The GEPIA database was used to analyze the effect of TREM1 gene expression on the survival time of GBM patients,and the String database was used to analyze the protein interaction network of TREM1.Results Analysis of Oncomine and GEPIA databases showed that the mRNA level of TREM1 gene in GBM tissue was higher than that in the normal control group(P<0.05).GEPIA database analysis showed that the high expression of TREM1 gene in GBM patients was negatively correlated with overall survival(HR=1.5,P=0.032).String database analysis showed that the proteins related to TREM1 were TYROBP,TREM2,TREML2,TREML1,FPR1,TLR4 and TLR2.Conclusion TREM1 is highly expressed in GBM tissues and is related to the prognosis of patients.It can be used as a potential target for the diagnosis and treatment of GBM.
