喜炎平联合利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的疗效

The Effect of Xiyanping Combined with Ribavirin in the Treatment of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease in Children

目的观察喜炎平与利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法选取2019年5月~2020年5月我院治疗的72例小儿手足口病患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组采用利巴韦林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用喜炎平治疗,比较两组临床治疗效、体温恢复和临床症状消退时间、住院时间、炎症指标以及临床不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体温恢复、皮疹消退、口腔疱疹消退以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CRP、WBC、IL-6低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床不良反应率为2.78%,低于对照组的13.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平与利巴韦林联合治疗小儿手足口病效果确切,可提高总有效率,快速改善患儿临床症状和体征,缩短住院时间,降低炎症指标水平,抑制炎症反应,且可降低临床不良反应,具有良好的治疗疗效和应用安全性。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiyanping and ribavirin in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in children.Methods A total of 72 children with hand,foot and mouth disease treated in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin,and the observation group was treated with Xiyanping on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect,body temperature recovery and clinical symptom resolution time,hospital stay,inflammation indicators and occurrence of clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The body temperature recovery,rash subsidence,oral herpes subsidence and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);CRP,WBC and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The clinical adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 2.78%,which was lower than 13.89%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiyanping and ribavirin is effective in treating children with hand,foot and mouth disease.It can increase the total effective rate,quickly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children,shorten the hospital stay,reduce the level of inflammatory indicators,inhibit inflammatory reactions,and can reduce clinical adverse reactions.It has good therapeutic efficacy and application safety.
