摘要 通过输液控制管理平台的设计,运用信息化技术手段来实现远程控制多通道循环输液。根据输液顺序逻辑设置,达到输液预设置、多瓶不同液体之间智能控制自动交替、远程滴数调节与夹毕、输液过程在线监测和跟踪等功能,同时,患者或家属手机端可实时了解输液进展。有效地避免药物前后配伍禁忌,降低输液的不良反应,提高输液安全性;显著地降低护理工作量,提高工作效率,实现远程智慧输液,提高病房舒适度、减少交叉感染,提升患者就医体验。 Through the design of the management platform of transfusion control,the information technology is used to realize the remote control of multi-channel circulation transfusion.According to the logical setting of infusion sequence,functions such as infusion preset,intelligent control and automatic alternation between multiple bottles of different liquids,remote drip adjustment and clamping,online monitoring and tracking of infusion process can be achieved.At the same time,patients or their family members can know the infusion progress in real time on their mobile phones.It can effectively avoid the incompatibility of drugs,reduce the adverse reaction of infusion,and improve the safety of infusion.Significantly reduce the workload of nursing,improve work efficiency,realize remote intelligent infusion,improve the comfort of the ward,reduce cross-infection,and improve the patient’s medical experience.
