医联体视角下微创外科智慧医疗协同工作平台应用研究

Application research of minimally invasive surgical smart medical collaborative working platform from the perspective of integrated health care system

医联体是引导优势医疗资源下沉,激发基层医疗机构活力的重要手段和举措。但在实际建设过程中,医疗机构之间的医疗信息不能有效互联互通成为医联体进一步发挥作用的突出问题。本研究以微创外科为突破口,结合微创外科诊疗规程和医院信息化建设最新成果,探索医联体内微创外科智慧医疗协同工作平台建设与应用,以期推动优势医疗资源下沉,促进医疗信息共享,提升基层医疗服务能力。

Integrated health care system is an important mean and measure to guide the subsidence of superior medical resources and stimulate the vitality of primary medical institutions.But in the actual construction process,the medical information between medical institutions can not be effectively interconnected has become a prominent problem for the medical alliance to play a further role.This study taking minimally invasive surgery as a breakthrough point and combining the diagnosis and treatment procedures of minimally invasive surgery and the latest achievements of hospital informatization construction,this study explored the construction and application of the smart medical cooperation platform for minimally invasive surgery within medical consortium,with a view to promoting the subsidence of advantageous medical resources,promoting the sharing of medical information,and improving the ability of primary medical services.
