番茄早疫病病组织浸提液对番茄早疫病诱导抗性的研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON INDUCED RESISTANCE OF TOMATO EARLY BLIGHT TISSUE EXTRACTS TO TOMATO EARLY BLIGHT

摘要 本试验用乙醇、丙酮和蒸馏水3种浸提剂浸提番茄早疫病病组织,在番茄幼苗期(3叶1心)进行诱导处理,通过自然病原激发病害和人工病原激发病害试验,研究番茄早疫病病组织浸提液对番茄早疫病诱导抗性效果,结果表明:在自然病原激发病害试验中,经过乙醇浸提液(乙醇处理)诱导后的病株率比对照植株(总CK)降低20.30%,病叶率降低28.66%,病情指数降低4.43%,诱导抗性效果达到39.84%;经过丙酮浸提液(丙酮处理)诱导后的病株率比总CK降低15.92%,病叶率降低8.7%,病情指数降低1.76%,诱导抗性效果达到20.22%;经过蒸馏水浸提液(蒸馏水处理)诱导后的病株率比总CK降低6.16%,病叶率降低8.08%,病情指数降低0.56%,诱导抗性效果达到5.26%,病株率、病叶率和病情指数均显著低于总CK;在人工病原激发病害试验中,经过乙醇处理诱导后的病株率比对照植株(总CK)降低22.76%,病叶率降低31.23%,病情指数降低12.65%,诱导抗性效果达到31.18%;经过丙酮处理诱导后的病株率比总CK降低0.95%,病叶率降低7.67%,病情指数降低8.03%,诱导抗性效果达到17.65%;经过蒸馏水处理诱导后的病株率未降低,病叶率降低3.51%,病情指数降低2.39%,诱导抗性效果达到4.84%,病株率、病叶率及病情指数均显著或极显著低于总CK,诱导抗性强弱趋势为乙醇处理>丙酮处理>蒸馏水处理>总CK。 In order to study the effect of tomato early blight tissue extracts on the resistance to tomato early blight,the tomato early blight disease tissues were extracted by using ethanol,acetone and distilled water,and the induction treatment was carried out at the tomato seeding stage(three leaves sand one leaflet) by the natural pathogen-induced disease and artificial pathogen-induced disease experiments.The results showed that,in the natural pathogen-induced disease tests,for the ethanol treatment,the rate of diseased plants,the rate of diseased leaves,and the disease index,decreased by 20.30%,28.66%,and 4.43%,respectively,compared with those of control plants(total CK).For the acetone treatment,the values above were 15.92%,8.7%,and 1.76%,respectively.For the distilled water treatment,the values above were and 6.16%,8.08% and 0.56%,respectively.The induced resistance efficiency of ethanol,acetone,and distilled water treatments reached 39.84%,20.22%,and 5.26% respectively.In the artificial pathogen-induced disease tests,after the materials were induced by ethanol treatment,the diseased plant rate decreased by 22.76%,the diseased leave rate was reduced by 31.23%,and the disease index was reduced by 12.65%,comparing with those of total CK.For acetone treatment,the values were 0.95%,7.67%,and 8.03%,respectively.The diseased plant rate after induction by distilled water treatment did not decrease,the diseased leaf rate was reduced by 3.51%,and the disease index decreased by 2.39%.The induced resistance effect of ethanol,acetone,and distilled water treatments reached 31.18%,17.65%,and 4.84%,respectively.It could be concluded that the diseased plant rate,diseased leaf rate and disease index of the materials with treatments were significantly lower than thatof total CK.The trend of induced resistance was ethanol treatment>acetone treatment>distilled water treatment>total CK.
