摘要
反思当下的学校德育体系,教师育德能力的普遍不足已经成为制约学校德育有效性的重要问题。传统文化具有重要的德育价值,依托传统文化提升教师育德能力具有理论和实践上的可能性与可行性。着眼教师育德能力的提升,实践中要注重将中华传统文化与学校特色文化相结合,建构“六维度”的“立德树人”目标体系;开展“全景全程”的师德实践,帮助教师提升育德实践能力;以全学科全员育德推进课程全面育人,实现学科教学与传统文化的有效关联;开展丰富多样的道德文化主题活动,让传统文化成为涵养教师道德、提升教师育德能力的重要支撑。
When we reflect on the current moral education system in schools,there is a general lack of teachers’moral education ability,which has become a serious issue to restrict the effectiveness of moral education in schools.Because traditional culture has its important moral education value,it is theoretically and practically possible and feasible to rely on traditional culture to improve teachers’moral education ability.For this goal,it is significant in actual practice to combine Chinese traditional culture with the school’s unique culture in order to construct a“six-dimensional”goal system of moral education;it is significant to carry out teacher’s moral practice“at all levels of the school”in order to help teachers to improve their practical ability of moral education;it is significant to involve all teaching staff from all subjects in moral education in order to promote moral education for students in all subject teaching and achieve the effective connection between subject teaching and traditional culture;and it is significant to carry out rich and diverse cultural activities for moral education so that traditional culture can be an important support for the cultivation of teacher morality and the improvement of teachers’moral education ability.
