On the Head Teachers’Role in the Communication between Families and High Schools:Current Issues and Optimization Strategy

摘要 目前,高中阶段的家校沟通存在诸多问题,如家校双方期待和要求差异较大过于便捷的沟通方式影响沟通效果、沟通大多采用单向模式等。对此,从微观的班主任角度来审视,可以采取的策略有:家校双方转变观念,提升意识,形成合力;沟通方式有机结合,优化家校沟通的形式和内容;倡导多向、多维的家校沟通。 At present,there are many common problems in the communication between families and high schools,such as big gaps between the expectations from parents and teachers,communication barriers that affect the quality of communication,and too many one-way and one-dimensional communication.In this regard,from a micro perspective of the head teacher,this paper puts forward the following strategies that can be adopted:both families and schools should have a clear understanding of students,and they should change their original ideas and raise awareness;they should have multi-directional and multi-dimensional communication;and schools should fully support head teachers who need to have deep communication in various forms with parents.
