摘要 以武汉市南湖流域为建设试点,探索了城市仿真水环境评估预警平台建设的总体框架、功能模块设计和关键技术,重点描述了管网混错接评估、污水量和污染物负荷评估、污水收集与处理系统建设情况评估、水环境状况评估和水文特征评估等关键技术,建立了城市仿真水环境评估预警平台,该平台的建设对于城市水环境治理工作具有非常重要的意义。 Taking the Nanhu Basin in Wuhan as a pilot project,the overall framework,functional module design and key technologies of the construction of the urban simulated water environment assessment and early warning platform are explored,focusing on key technologies such as evaluation of pipe network mixing and misconnection,evaluation of sewage volume and pollutant load,evaluation of sewage collection and treatment system construction,evaluation of water environment conditions,and evaluation of hydrological characteristics.An early warning simulation platform for urban water environment evaluation is established.The construction of the platform is of great significance to urban water environment governance.
