我国部分地区羊消化道寄生虫感染情况调查及球虫种类鉴定 被引量:13

Investigation of intestinal parasites infection and identification of coccidial species in goats and sheep in some areas of China

摘要 为了解我国部分地区羊肠道寄生虫的感染情况,采用水洗离心沉淀法、卢戈氏碘液染色法和饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法,对来自全国8省16个地区共472份羊粪样品进行了肠道寄生虫的显微镜检查,并根据虫卵和卵囊形态进行了虫种鉴定。本次调查寄生虫总感染率为85.38%(403/472),混合感染率为46.40%(219/472),共查到球虫、阿米巴、线虫和绦虫4大类寄生虫,感染率分别为68.86%(325/472)、44.49%(210/472)、29.24%(138/472)和1.91%(9/472)。球虫种类鉴定结果显示共10种,分别为阿氏艾美耳球虫(Eimeri arloingi)、艾丽艾美耳球虫(Eimeri alijevi)、苍白艾美耳球虫(Eimeri pallida)、家山羊艾美耳球虫(Eimeri hirci)、山羊艾美耳球虫(Eimeri caprina)、阿撒他艾美耳球虫(Eimeri ahsata)、斑点艾美耳球虫(Eimeri punctata)、羊艾美耳球虫(Eimeri caprovina)、颗粒艾美耳球虫(Eimeri granulosa)和克氏艾美耳球虫(Eimeri christenseni);线虫共4种,分别为类圆线虫(Strongyloides spp)、毛首线虫(Trichuris spp)、毛细线虫(Capillaria spp)和细颈线虫(Nematodirus spp);绦虫为扩展莫尼茨绦虫(Moniezia expansa)。结论:我国部分地区羊肠道寄生虫在春夏季节感染较为普遍,其中球虫感染率最高,为优势虫种。本调查为羊场精准驱虫提供了参考依据。 In order to understand the status of intestinal parasites infection in sheep and goats in some areas of China in spring and summer,a total of 472 feces samples of the animals were collected from 16 areas in 8 provinces and examined by Washing-centrifuge precipitation,Lugo’s iodine staining and Saturated sucrose floatation to detect the parasites in the intestines.Then coccidial species were identified according their morphology.The results,showed that tthe total infection rate of parasites in the goats and sheep was 85.38%(403/472),and that the mixed infection rate in them was 46.40%(219/472).The infection rates of coccidia,amoeba,nematode and tapeworm were 68.86%(325/472),44.49%(210/472),29.24%(138/472)and 1.91%(9/472),respectively.10 species of coccidia were identified in the samples,and they were Eimeri arloingi Eimeri alijevi Eimeri pallida,Eimeri hirci,Eimeri caprina,Eimeri ahsata,Eimeri punctata,Eimeri caprovina,Eimeri granulosa and Eimeri christenseni.Nematodes were also identified,including Strongyloides spp,Trichuris spp,Capillaria spp and Nematodirus spp.The tapeworm identified was Moniezia expansa.In the intestinal parasites infection in sheep and goats was widespread in China in spring and summer,and coccidia was the dominant species,having the highest rate of infection in sheep and goats.These results provided valuable reference for the precise control of parasites in farms in China.
