摘要
[目的]硒元素是人体营养必须的微量元素,研究不同地区不同蔬菜对硒元素的富集能力,为富硒土壤生产富硒蔬菜提供理论依据[1]。[方法]以西兰花、西葫芦、青辣椒、西芹、番茄等12种蔬菜为试验材料在兴庆区、永宁县、贺兰县、利通区4个不同富硒地区进行种植,采收后测定蔬菜中的硒元素含量。通过比较不同种类蔬菜和试验地土壤中的硒含量,研究分析不同种类、同种蔬菜不同品种以及不同土壤硒区域蔬菜产品对硒元素的富集能力[2]。[结果]各类蔬菜硒累积量大小顺序为西兰花>羊角椒>西芹>西葫芦>黄瓜>番茄>樱桃番茄>白菜花>甘蓝>圆茄子>菠菜>西瓜;同种蔬菜不同品种的富硒能力不同,西兰花-绿天使2号、番茄-丰收128、樱桃番茄-改良碧娇、茄子-大苠茄、甘蓝-邢甘23的富硒能力最强;不同硒含量地区同种品种富硒能力不同,且随着土壤硒含量的降低,产品中硒含量也随之降低。[结论]不同种类蔬菜对土壤硒的富集能力不同,西兰花、羊角椒、西芹、西葫芦等作物富集硒的能力较强,圆茄子、西瓜等作物富集硒的能力较弱;同类蔬菜不同品种对土壤硒的富集能力也不同;土壤中硒含量越高,各品种富集硒的能力越强。
[Objective]Selenium was an essential trace element for human nutrition.The study provided a theoretical basis for the production of seleniumrich vegetables in seleniumrich soils.[Method]Twelve kinds of vegetables,including broccoli,zucchini,green pepper,celery and tomato,were planted in Xingqing District,Yongning County,Helan County and Litong District,and the selenium content in the vegetables was measured after harvesting.By comparing the selenium content in different kinds of vegetables and the soil of the test site,the selenium enrichment ability of vegetable products in different types,different varieties of the same vegetable and different soil selenium regions was studied and analyzed[2].[Result]Selenium order cumulant size for all kinds of vegetables were broccoli>horn pepper>celery>zucchini>cucumber>tomato>cherry tomatot>cauliflower>cabbage>eggplant>spinach>watermelon.All of the same vegetable had different serich abilities.Broccoli,Green Angel 2,Tomato,Harvester 128,Cherry Tomato,Improved Bijiao,All of eggplant,Grand mastery of eggplant,and Kale,Xinggan 23 had the strongest serich abilities.Se enrichment ability of the same variety in different regions was different,and with the decrease of Se content in soil,the Se content in products also decreased.[Conclusion]Different kinds of vegetables had different ability to enrich selenium in soil.Broccoli,capsicum,celery,zucchini and other crops had stronger ability to enrich selenium,but round eggplant,watermelon and other crops had weaker ability.Different vegetable varieties of the same kind have different selenium enrichment ability in soil.The higher the Se content in soil,the stronger the Se enrichment ability of each variety.
