摘要
协同办公利用工作流技术,实现工作审批和流程管理,在高校的信息化工作中起到重要作用,规范工作流程、提高工作效率、实现数据信息的共享、为领导科学决策提供支撑等。以北京联合大学为例,分别从校级办公应用、院级办公应用、信息化防控体系构建等方面,具体论述协同办公技术在高校中的实际应用现状及效果。
The cooperative offi ce system uses workfl ow technology to realize work approval and process management.It plays an important role in the informatization work of University,standardizing work flow,improving work efficiency,sharing of data information,and providing support for leadership in scientific decision-making and so on.Taking Beijing Union University as an example,the paper introduces the application status of cooperative office system from the aspects of school-level and college-level and the prevention and control system construction,and makes an effect analysis.
