新形势下的高校多功能实验室建设与启示--以微小卫星技术及应用国家地方联合工程实验室测控与综合仿真中心建设为例

摘要 新工科的教学理念要求培养具备动手实践解决实际问题能力的新型工科人才,而高校实验室作为在校学生最重要的实践场所在新工科人才的培养方面扮演重要角色。实验室建设水平的高低直接影响着高校的教育教学水平。在总结众多研究成果的基础上给出一规划、二建设、三管理的"三步走"建设方案,并以西北工业大学测控与综合仿真实验室建设为例对方案进行详细解读。实际的教学与应用效果表明该方案的提出能够为高校在新工科时代背景下的实验室建设与改革创新提供有益参考,从而有效提升高校"新工科"人才培养水平。 The teaching concept of"new engineering"requires the cultivation of new engineering talents with practical hands-on ability to solve practical problems.As the most important practice place for students college laboratories play an important role in the cultivation of new engineering talents.The level of laboratory construction directly affects the education and teaching level of universities.Based on many research achievements,this paper gives an three-step construction plan consist of overall plan fi rst—construction second—management third,and takes the construction of measurement and control and comprehensive simulation laboratory for National Satellite Joint Engineering Laboratory for Microsatellite Technology and Application as an example to interpret the plan in detail.The actual teaching and application results show that the proposal can provide a useful reference for the laboratory construction and reform and innovation of colleges and universities under the background of"new engineering",so as to effectively improve the training level of"new engineering"talents in colleges and universities.
