摘要
随着城乡一体化进程的推进,城市建设提出了将全市域作为一个整体进行规划设计的理念。传统的基于控制点高程以及基于各县(区)建成区范围建立独立坐标系的方法,并不能全面和准确的反映全市域的投影变形情况。文中利用DEM规则格网便于读取计算的特点,提出一种适用于高海拔城市平面坐标系统建立的方法。通过遍历城市不同投影带、投影面进行变形计算,再利用GIS空间分析进行不同方案的分析和统计,最终可视化输出计算结果。该方法便于计算机批量计算,计算结果能够直观的展示,较传统方法更加有效和可靠。
With the advancement of urban-rural integration,the urban construction institution puts forward the idea of planning and designing the city as a whole.The traditional method based on the elevation of control points and the built-up area of each county to construct independent coordinate system can not fully and accurately reflect the projection deformation of the whole city.In this paper,a method for the establishment of urban plane coordinate system at high altitude is proposed by using the characteristics of DEM grid which is easy to read and calculate.Through traversing different projection zones and projection elevation plane of the city,the deformation calculation result is obtained,and then the analysis and statistics of different schemes are carried out by using GIS spatial analysis,and finally the calculation results are visualized.This method is convenient for computer batch calculation,and the calculation result can be displayed intuitively,which is more effective and reliable than the traditional method.
