To make intelligent manufacturing successfully implemented in flexible packaging enterprises,it is necessary to develop a people-oriented performance incentive system to encourage employees to continuously optimize,improve,create,and upgrade,and then use performanee to allow employees to participate in the sharing of incremental cakes(bonus)which can double the income of sweaty and bra in-bur ning employees。
