社区护理干预联合盆底康复治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果研究

Study on the effect of community nursing intervention combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation in the treatment of pelvic floor functional disorders

目的探究社区护理干预联合盆底康复治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床效果。方法选取中山市东区社区卫生服务中心妇幼保健计划生育服务科2019年4月—2020年6月收治的100例盆底功能障碍性疾病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法平均分为2组(参照组、研究组),予以参照组Kegel训练,在参照组基础上予以研究组社区护理干预与盆底康复治疗。分别于治疗前后对2组盆底肌肉综合肌力分度、盆腔脏器脱垂情况、尿失禁发生情况进行评估。结果治疗后,研究组盆底肌肉综合肌力显著高于对照组(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组POP-Q分度显著优于参照组(P>0.05)。研究组尿失禁发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预联合盆底康复治疗盆底功能障碍性疾病患者,可提升其盆底肌力,减少尿失禁的发生,并促进盆腔脏器脱垂情况改善。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of community nursing intervention combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation in the treatment of pelvic floor functional disorders.Methods select FuWuKe maternity and child care family planning on April,2019 to June,2020,100 cases of pelvic floor functional disorder patients as the research object,its average with random number table method divided into two groups(control group,the team),shall be reference group Kegel training,on the basis of reference group to group at the community nursing intervention and pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment,respectively before and after treatment on two groups of pelvic floor muscle comprehensive strength index,pelvic organ prolapse,incontinence assess index.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,pop-q score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of urinary incontinence in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation can improve the pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce urinary incontinence,and promote the prolapse of the pelvic organ.
