进食日记在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者摄食训练中应用效果及对依从性的影响研究

Application of eating diary in feeding training of patients with dysphagia after stroke and its influence on compliance

目的探讨进食日记在脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者摄食训练中的应用效果。方法选择2020年3月—10月中山市人民医院收治的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者84例作为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组各42例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合进食日记进行干预,比较2组患者吞咽功能、依从性、生活质量及自我效能。结果观察组患者的吞咽功能改善情况(92.86%)明显高于对照组(71.43%)(P<0.034),观察组患者的总依从率(88.1%)明显高于对照组(76.19%)(P<0.05),观察组患者神经功能缺损评分、生活自理能力评分和生存质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者给予进食日记干预能够改善吞咽情况,提高依从率,改善生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application of eating diary in food intake training of patients with dysphagia after stroke and its influence on compliance.Methods 84 patients with dysphagia after stroke in our hospital from March 2020 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was intervened with eating diary on the basis of the control group.Swallowing function,compliance,quality of life and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results the improvement of swallowing function in the observation group(92.86%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.43%)(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group(88.1%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.19%)(P<0.05).The quality of life such as neurological deficit score,self-care ability score and quality of life score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05)。Conclusion the intervention of eating diary for patients with dysphagia after stroke can improve the swallowing condition,compliance rate and quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
