改良静脉采血针在避免针刺伤中的临床应用

Clinical application of improved venous blood collection needle in avoiding needle stab injury

目的探讨改良静脉采血针在避免针刺伤中的临床应用价值。方法选择新余市人民医院2019年1月—12月需进行静脉采血的200例患者纳入本次研究,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组100例。对照组采用普通采血针进行静脉采血,观察组采用改良静脉采血针进行静脉采血,比较2组护士静脉采血时针刺伤发生情况、一次性穿刺成功率、血液污染发生率、血量不合格发生率以及护士使用静脉采血针的满意度。结果观察组护士针刺伤发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。2组一次性穿刺成功率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组血液污染及血量不合格发生率均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组护士使用静脉采血针的总满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论改良静脉采血针能够有效预防针刺伤的发生,提高血液标本合格率,护士认可度较高,值得临床推荐。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of improved venous blood collection needle in avoiding needle stab injury.Methods 200 patients who need venous blood collection in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were included in this study.According to the random number table control method,they were divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.The control group nurses used the ordinary blood collection needle for venous blood collection,while the observation group nurses used the improved venous blood collection needle for venous blood collection.The incidence of stabbing injury,the success rate of one-time puncture,the incidence of blood pollution,the incidence of unqualified blood volume and the satisfaction of nurses using venous blood collection needle were compared between the two groups.Results the incidence of needle stick injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The incidence of blood pollution and unqualified blood volume in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved venous blood collection needle can effectively prevent the occurrence of needle stab injury,improve the qualified rate of blood samples,and the recognition of nurses is high,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
