过渡期护理模式在外科重症监护室中的应用效果

Effect of transitional nursing mode in surgical intensive care unit

目的探讨过渡期护理模式在外科重症监护室(SICU)中的应用效果。方法采取便利抽样法分别选取2018年5月—10月、2018年11月—2019年4月在SICU治疗后转入外科普通病房的患者各150例作为对照组及观察组。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取过渡期护理模式,比较2组患者的护理不良事件发生率、重返ICU率、心理弹性情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理不良事件发生率、重返ICU率均明显低于对照组,心理弹性评分、满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症患者采取过渡期护理模式,可以降低不良事件发生率,减少重返ICU率,提高患者的心理弹性水平及满意度,促进重症患者的康复。

Objective To explore the effect of transitional care model in the SICU(surgical intensive care unit)transitional care.Methods 150 patients transferred to the general surgical ward after SICU treatment from may to October 2018,November 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the control group and observation group by convenience sampling method.Patients in the control group were given routine care,while patients in the observation group were given transitional care mode.The incidence of nursing adverse events,rate of returning to ICU,psychological resilience and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results the incidence of nursing adverse events and the rate of returning to ICU in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the psychological resilience score and satisfaction were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion adopting transitional nursing mode for severe patients can reduce the incidence of adverse events,reduce the return rate of ICU patients,improve the level of psychological resilience and satisfaction of patients,and promote the recovery of severe patients.
