浅谈哺乳期乳腺管痉挛痛的理疗心得

目的探究诱发哺乳期乳房痉挛痛的病因,找到治疗哺乳期乳房痉挛痛的有效方法,给出预防建议。方法对2016年6月—2017年6月接诊的56例哺乳期乳房痉挛痛患者,采用YC-3C妇科治疗仪进行理疗,同时对症处理相关情况,结果15例患者经10次理疗后疼痛消失,25例8次理疗后疼痛消失,9例5次理疗后疼痛消失,7例3次理疗后疼痛消失。结论YC-3C妇产科电脑综合治疗仪对哺乳期乳房痉挛痛理疗效果可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the cause of breast spasm pain during lactation,to find an effective method for the treatment of breast spasm pain during lactation,and to give the intervention measures to prevent breast spasm pain during lactation.Methods from June 2016 to June 2017,56 patients with breast spasmodic pain during lactation were treated with YC-3C gynecological therapy instrument,and the related conditions were treated symptomatically.Results The pain disappeared in 15 patients after 10 physical treatments,25 patients after 8 physical treatments,9 patients after 5 physical treatments and 7 patients after 3 physical treatments.Conclusion YC-3C obstetrics and gynaecology computer comprehensive therapeutic instrument is reliable in the physiotherapy of breast spasm pain during lactation and is worth popularizing in clinic.
