组合式小切口入路和Judet入路治疗肩胛骨骨折的比较研究

Comparative study of combined small incision approach and Judet approach in the treatment of scapular fractures

目的比较使用组合式小切口入路、Judet入路治疗肩胛骨骨折的效果。方法选取诊断为肩胛骨骨折的27例患者,随机分成A组(组合式小切口入路,15例)与B组(Judet入路,12例),对2组手术及康复指标、随访6个月肩胛骨功能进行观察对比。结果A组患者手术时间、手术切口与骨折愈合时间明显比B组短,术中出血量比B组少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组术后随访6个月肩胛骨功能优良率93.33%,高于B组的58.33%(P<0.05)。结论在肩胛骨骨折治疗上,相比传统Judet入路,应用组合式小切口入路具有手术效果好、时间短、对组织的干扰小、出血量少等优点。

Objective To compare the efficacy of combined small incision approach and Judet approach in the treatment of scapula fractures.Methods 27 patients diagnosed with scapula fractures were selected and randomly divided into group A(combined small incision approach,15 cases)and group B(Judet approach,12 cases).The two groups of surgery and rehabilitation indicators were followed up with 6 Observe and compare the functions of the moon scapula.Results The operation time,surgical incision and fracture healing time of group A were significantly shorter than those of group B.The intraoperative blood loss in group A was less than that of group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);group A was followed up 6 The excellent and good rate of scapula function at the first month was 93.33%higher than that of group B 58.33%(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of scapular fractures,compared with the traditional Judet approach,the combined small incision approach has the advantages of good surgical effect,short time,less interference to the tissue,and less bleeding.
