妊娠期糖尿病的检测筛查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨糖化白蛋白(GA)和脂联素(APN)检测在妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)诊断中的应用价值。方法选取运城市中医医院收治的妊娠女性130例,将68例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为观察组,62例正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组,检测2组孕妇空腹时的GA和APN水平,同时测定空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)。结果观察组患者GA、FPG和2 hPG均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),APN明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。GA、APN单独检测的灵敏性、特异性和准确性均比二者联合检测低。结论GA和APN与妊娠期糖尿病密切相关,二者联合检测可提高阳性检测率。
