混合式教学在高职医学机能学实验教学中的应用评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨“线上”“线下”混合式教学在高职医学机能学实验教学中的应用效果。方法以雅安职业技术学院2017级临床医学专业共303人为对照组,2018级临床医学专业共328人为试验组,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用“线上”“线下”混合式教学方法。比较2组学生的考核成绩,并对试验组学生进行问卷调查评价混合式教学在机能学实验中的应用。结果试验组学生成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组各分数段分布优于对照组(P<0.05);问卷调查结果显示90%以上的学生和教师都认可线上线下混合式教学方式。结论“线上”“线下”混合式教学模式打破了传统教学方式,有效促进了学生的自主学习和实验成功率,减轻了教师课堂教学的压力,提高了教学效果。 Objective To establish the online open courses of Functional Experiment,and to evaluate the teaching outcomes of applying blending teaching of Functional Experiment.Methods Learn-ing tasks were published,upload videos,online learning required before class,online assessment in class and questionnaires after class were taken by using the online open courses of Functional Experiment Then a total of 303 students who were from clinical medicine major of our school in 2017 were selected as the control group and a total of 328 students who were from clinical medicine major in 2018 were selected as the experimental group.Traditional teaching method was applied in the control group,while the Blending Teaching was applied in the experimental group.The outcomes were evaluated using the students'examination scores.In addition,the students'appraisal on the Blending Teaching was investigated with a self-designed questionnaire at the end of the course.Results The test scores of the experimental group using the Blending Teaching were signifi-cantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the excellent rate of the score segment is significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey show that more than 90%of the students and teachers agree with the online and offline hybrid teaching method.Conclusion The application of the Blending Teaching has broken the traditional teaching method.It can enhance students'autonomous learning ability and the success rate of the experiment and can improve the teaching outcomes.
