平消胶囊联合替吉奥加奥沙利铂方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of Pingxiao capsule combined with S-1 plus oxaliplatin on advanced gastric cancer

目的:探讨平消胶囊联合替吉奥(S-1)加奥沙利铂方案治疗晚期胃癌的疗效分析。方法:收集2016年09月至2019年09月郑州大学第一附属医院患者67例,分为治疗组33例和对照组34例,分别给予平消胶囊联合S-1加奥沙利铂化疗和单纯替吉奥加奥沙利铂化疗,连用2个周期。结果:两组患者治疗前后的PFS比较,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而OS比较则无明显差异;KPS及QOL评分比较,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的临床疗效总有效率分别为治疗组84.8%、对照组61.8%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:平消胶囊联合S-1加奥沙利铂方案能显著缓解及减轻晚期胃癌患者的临床症状,改善患者的近期疗效。

Objective:To study the effect of Pingxiao capsule combined with S-1 and oxaliplatin on advanced gastric cancer.Methods:67 patients from September 2016 to September 2019 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(34 cases).Pingxiao capsule combined with S-1 plus oxaliplatin chemotherapy and tegio plus oxaliplatin chemotherapy alone were given for two consecutive cycles.Results:The PFS of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in OS between the two groups.The KPS and QOL scores of the two groups before and after treatment were significantly higher than that of the control group,with a specific difference(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The total effective rate of the clinical efficacy was 84.8%in the treatment group and 61.8%in the control group,which was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Pingxiao capsule combined with S-1 and oxaliplatin can significantly alleviate and alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with advanced gastric cancer,and improve the recent efficacy of patients.
