摘要
目的:探讨异甘草酸镁联合XELOX方案对胃癌患者的肝功能、炎性因子和血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:选取2016年10月至2018年10月在我院消化内科住院治疗的胃癌患者80例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组(各40例)。两组均予以XELOX方案化疗,在此基础上,对照组加用还原型谷胱甘肽,观察组加用异甘草酸镁治疗。比较两组化疗前后的肝功能、炎性因子、血清肿瘤标志物水平。结果:治疗后,观察组ALT、AST、ALP、γ-GT、TBIL水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CA19-9、CA125、CA72-4、CEA水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组ORR及DCR高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:异甘草酸镁能保护XELOX方案化疗胃癌患者肝功能,并能进一步降低其炎性因子及血清肿瘤标志物,发挥协同抗肿瘤效应。
Objective:To investigate the effects of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate combined with XELOX regimen on liver function,inflammatory factors and serum tumor markers in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with gastric cancer hospitalized from October 2016 to October 2018 in the department of digestive medicine of our hospital were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,40 cases each.Both groups were treated with XELOX chemotherapy.On this basis,the control group was treated with glutathione and the observation group was treated with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate.The levels of liver function,inflammatory factors and serum tumor markers before and after chemotherapy were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of ALT,AST,ALP,γ-GT and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CA19-9,CA125,CA72-4 and CEA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).ORR and DCR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate can protect the liver function of patients with gastric cancer treated by XELOX regimen,further reduce their inflammatory factors and serum tumor markers,and play a synergistic anti-tumor effect.
