摘要
p38MAPK是一种广泛存在于机体细胞的信号激酶,参与了细胞增殖、分化、死亡、迁移和侵袭等一系列过程。p38γ是p38MAPK家族中研究较少的一个亚型,但近年来其在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用越来越受到重视,与乳腺癌、肝癌、肾癌、结直肠癌、皮肤T淋巴细胞瘤等多种肿瘤进展关系密切。本文着重对p38γMAPK信号通路在肿瘤进展过程中的作用机制进行综述,并对p38γ作为恶性肿瘤潜在治疗靶点的可行性进行了分析和总结。
p38MAPK is a signal kinase that exists widely in cells of the body,which involves a series of processes such as cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,migration,and invasion.Compared with other p38MAPK family members,p38γis a less studied subtype,but its role in tumorigenesis and development has been paid more attention in recent years.Studies show that p38γis closely related to breast cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,renal cell carcinoma,skin T lymphocyte tumor,and other tumors.This article provides an overview of the mechanism of p38γMAPK signal pathway in tumor progression while analyzing and summarizing the feasibility of p38γas a potential therapeutic target for malignant tumors.
